Education-to-Career Branding & Marketing

Postsecondary Strategy Solutions, a new organization empowering young adults with financial literacy, engaged me to develop their brand identity and marketing collateral. Their target audience included school districts, staff, and families investing in their children’s financial education. They needed a professional and approachable brand.

My design balanced professionalism and approachability. The logo—a lightbulb with a graduation cap, symbolizing the path from education to career—conveyed trust and empowerment. The color palette (yellow gold, black, white, and gray) offered simplicity and a clean aesthetic.

Key deliverables included a 44-page workbook with engaging visuals and interactive activities (like personalized budget tables) to make complex financial topics digestible and practical. I also created a LinkedIn header banner to attract school districts and staff, a lighthearted Instagram video ad targeting families, custom testimonial graphics, and holiday-themed Instagram ads.


While initial workbook sales were limited, the client was satisfied with the final product. The Instagram video ad received positive feedback. The complete brand identity provides Postsecondary Strategy Solutions with a strong foundation for building their brand and empowering young adults.
